2. CSAT

On the CSAT tab, you can check analytics only for CSAT. Here you need to select dates and time zones, and the result will be shown in the node where we have the CSAT rating.

CSAT types​

When we select dates and time zones, we are also able to choose CSAT type. If you use different CSAT types, then for each one, you can get analytics.

You can choose the current CSAT from the dropdown next to the timezone selection and click Apply to get information.
