How to add chatbot custom replies

What is Custom Replies?​

Custom replies are customized responses that are manually created and tailored to a specific user interaction.

How to add custom replies?​

  • from the left menu go to "Custom-Replies" page
  • click on "+Add"
  • in the Name field you can set any name
  • in the Question field you need to describe the user's question
  • in the Reply field set a reply that would show up after the user's question

Now, it's time to test the chatbot. To do so, simply pose a user's question, and it should provide the corresponding custom reply.
